We have several interest groups that are proving very popular

5 Crowns Card Group meet at Arana Leagues Club on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. If you have never played before we have some patient teachers, and it is very easy to learn. We have 2 games starting at 10am, with a coffee in between, and some of us stay for lunch. It is a very relaxed, fun morning.

Knitting and Crochet Group don't actually meet to knit at present, but that may change of there is a wish to do so. We craft beanies for organisations that assist disadvantaged people in our community. We have so far donated over 2,000 beanies to New Hope Church, Micah Projects and Cancercare, and a couple of smaller organisations. Wool and a basic pattern is supplied but if you are creative you are free do your own designs.

Mah Jong Group get together every 2nd and 4th Tuesday. If you don't know how to play the organisers will teach you.

Theatre Group attend a variety of venues; Growl Theatre and the Hills Players are a favourite.  We have also attended many Lunch shows at Pine Rivers, where we get a roast meal and a show for $30     Members are encouraged to find something of interest, cinemas included.

Book Club meet afer every 2nd General meeting at Cafe 63 in Enoggera.  they discuss the book over a meal, and each member gets a turn to select the next book.

And for thse bookworms who are always on the lookout for a good read, we have a table full of books to swap at every meeting. It has proved very popular.
