WHAT HAPPENS AT A MEETING?

The President opens the meeting, welcoming members and any visitors. Minutes of the previous month's meeting are confirmed and any business arising is addressed. 

Reports are presented by the Treasurer, the Membership Officer, the Welfare Officer and the Convenors of the Activity and Interest groups.

There is then a 10-minute presentation by a member on a topic of general interest.

General Business is discussed followed by morning tea where members can move around and enjoy time catching up with other members.

After the break, the Guest Speaker is introduced. His/her presentation is followed by questions and the meeting closes at approximately 12 noon.
