Our History
Our club was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Glenferrie and was chartered(officially became a Probus Club) in July 2014. Our establishment was due largely to the perception that other Probus Clubs related to Glenferrie Rotary had grown to such an extent that their membership numbers needed to be capped so as to maintain a situation where members were actively known to each other.
About Us
We are a small club with a current membership of 32 ( our numbers have varied between the low to high 30's) that we are seeking to increase by about 50%. Being small we have far more interaction between members than in the large Probus Clubs and despite our size, several very active interest groups.
We meet on the third Monday of each month (except December) at 10:00am at St Aidan's Church Hall 17-21 Duggan St, Balwyn North VIC 3104.
Our monthly meetings commence with a short discussion of club business which includes announcements about outings, special interest groups and forthcoming events followed by our guest speaker who is invited to stay on for Morning Tea so that members and guests are able to chat with the speaker about aspects of her/his presentation.
Currently membership costs $45 annually, with a joining fee of $15. Guests are always welcome to attend our monthly meetings, and subject to numbers can participate in our outings.

Special Lunches including Christmas in July & December Christmas breakup.
