Overnight trip to Canberra 10 attended

First stop Bowral to see the tulips in the park worth seeing

Day 2 was a visit to Tulip Tops another lovely day

Day 3 was the Arboretum and the bonsai section and followed in the afternoon by a visit to the memoerial and finally Cockington Green

Parramatta...Train to Meadowbank, short walk to ferry wharf, and ferry to Parramatta. Lunch & walk around Parramatta to see Jacaranda trees in bloom. Convenor: Penny Taylor.

Destination location aborted because of ferry cancellations. Diverted to Bangaroo.

Angel Place

What a trip! Train times had to be changedto allow time to meet the ferry. Arrived atMeadow bank in good time. After waitingthe ferry to Parramatta had been cancelledso took ferry to Circular Quay. Interestingferry ride. Went to Angel Arcade to see thebird cages hanging from the roof and listento the bird songs of the birds that used to be caged there. Circular Quay station has“YOUR STORY IS YOUR STRENGTH”written on the stairways. Interesting.
