 The Club Newsletter Package consists of two parts:

  • The Newsletter which contains the General Meeting Agenda, Club News, details of meeting times for Interest Groups, a scedule of payments and much more.
  • The Events Listing is an insert prepared by our Activities sub-committee. (See example on Outings page)
The Newsletter Package is distributed towards the end of each month by email or a printed copy can be collected at the General Meeting.  The Newsletter is either emailed or posted to non-active members, members on extended leave and those who have apologised as being unable to attend that meeting.		  
 

Attached is an example of a recent Newsletter Package, edited for confidentiality. Normally full contact details of group leaders and home addresses are included but these are for the eyes of Members Only!
