Palm Beach and Peninsula Probus Club Inc. 

We are a small and friendly club and warmly welcome enquiries from active retirees, both singles and couples.

The club was formed in 1998 as The Combined Probus Club of Palm Beach Inc. and was originally for residents of Palm Beach, NSW. Over the years membership widened with people joining from Avalon and other parts of the peninsula so that in 2020 we changed our name to Palm Beach and Peninsula Probus Club Incorporated.

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month in the auditorium at Club Palm Beach (formerly the RSL), 1087 Barrenjoey Road from 9.30 am to noon and start with a short formal meeting followed by morning tea before resuming to hear a speaker. Many members stay on to enjoy lunch in the courtyard garden.

On the following Wednesday a club activity is usually held. These vary and include a local walk with coffee to follow, an organised coach trip to a place of interest, local picnics, film mornings with lunch at Club Palm Beach or ferry trips.
