In 2008, an approach by a local resident resulted in the Carlton Rotary Club forming this Club. The Club started as an unincorporated body, but moved immediately to incorporate the club pursuant to State legislation.
The Club is a constituent body of the worldwide Probus group and a member of the Probus South Pacific chapter (“PSPL”). The Club’s operations are governed by the Standard Probus Club Constitution, and its activities are guided by the PSPL Handbook. The PSPL website is probussouthpacific.org
Persons considering joining the Club are welcome to attend a monthly Club meeting as a visitor. Visitors may attend a maximum of two meetings before applying to become members.
