APRIL WAS A BUSY MONTH FOR THE LADIES PROBUS CLUB OF CAPRI

AT OUR EASTER MEETING WE WORE EASTER HATS AND BONNETS:
There were hats with chickens, hats with eggs and hats with feathers, all sorts of hats but Pat Anderson had bling, horses, chickens, eggs and a rabbit on the top to win the prize. There were some great stories about how the hats were made (ie) sticking fingers together with glue and up until the wee hours making them at the last minute. Great to see so many with hats and so much effort put into them.
LUNCHEON CRUISING ON THE NERANG RIVER AND THE BROADWATER:
Well it may not have been out to sea, and it may not have been A P&O Cruise ship but we did enjoy one of autumns most pleasant days eating and sipping cocktails whilst leisurely cruising on the Nerang River and the Broadwater.
