The Combined Probus Club of Whitford recently celebrated its 29th birthday.
President Peter welcomed 74 members and visitors including VIP guests, Mayor Troy Pickard from the City of Joondalup, Ed Reed, the Rotary/Probus Liaison officer and Fairley Watson.
All enjoyed a special morning teas with birthday cake and were entertained by the beautiful voices of The High Falutin’ Girl’s Choir, a singing group from the Carine/Duncraig Probus Club.
The club began in 1984 as the Probus Club of Greenwood, and later became a combined club and renamed the Probus Club of Whitford.
