Carine Duncraig's 25th anniversary

Carine Duncraig Probus Club, WA's first mixed club, celebrated its 25th anniversary this month with a special luncheon.
Members attended a luncheon held at Bridgeleigh Function Centre, Waneroo on Tuesday 16 July to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the club, which held its inaugural meeting on 12 July 1988.
At the luncheon, five foundation members were presented with certificates and foundation pins.
Bill Lake, PSPL Director, and Fairley Watson were special guests, and both presented the club with congratulatory achievement certificates.
Entertainment was provided by Barbara Stephenson who had members singing along and toes tapping.
It was a great afternoon culminating in the cake being cut by Club Vice President Anton Riegger with the help of four of the foundation members, Colin Hansen, Thelma Uren, Joan Cash and Pat Belben.
