Racing NSW believes that a judicial inquiry into the stoush between John Singleton and the Waterhouse family would be an overreaction. Singleton has accused trainer Gai Waterhouse of passing on information to bookmaker Tom about More Joyous, Singleton’s mare. ABC News has the details.
Man trapped in freezer dies
A man who was trapped in a commercial freezer for half an hour has died. The temperature was set to minus 19 degrees Celsius. He was taken to hospital in a critical condition before he died. An investigation will now take place. Read more.
