Recently, the Devonport Ladies Probus Club present life membership to Val Laycock.
Val was the club’s inaugural president over 20 years ago and is still a deeply committed member to the Probus club.
Val still participates in club groups, outings, contributes on committees, and is a very loyal and proud member.
Val is even spoken of as the club’s matriarch. She is pictured with President Bronwen Dickinson.
