The Probus Club of Currimundi Combined Inc. on a bus trip to China Town, with a stopover for morning tea at the beautiful New Farm Park. At China town we were given a guided tour of the Jade shop the Chinese Herbal Dispensary and the Chinese Emporium with many of their delicacies and shown how to use them.
At lunch in the restaurant we were served yum cha along with a demonstration on how to make spring rolls and make Chinese tea.
