Hero students save woman from drowning

A group of TAFE students are being hailed as heroes after diving into a lake in Sydney to save a driver from her sinking vehicle. The students saw the car crash into a flight of stairs and begin rolling into the lake before stopping their bus to assist. Sydney Morning Herald has the full story.

Toddler saved by bystander

Tradesman Rowan O’Neill saved a little girl’s life in a Perth IGA after she collapsed. O’Neill performed CPR on the lifeless toddler for 90 seconds before she opened her eyes again and stated breathing. Read more.

Chemical attack in Syria kills 25 people

US Marines killed during training
