100th birthday celebration

Caboolture East Combined Probus Club was delighted to have foundation member, Stan Le Feuvre, as a guest at its June meeting as he celebrated his 100th birthday.
Stan is very bright with a gorgeous smile, and is a pleasure to talk to.
His son, Arthur, brought him to the meeting and told members fascinating details of Stan’s very active life, farming, carting, running a shop, working on a grazing property, then voluntary work with the Red Cross and Meals on Wheels in his retirement.
Copies of his life story were readily accepted by members who wanted to know more about this respected gentleman.
A special cake was cut and enjoyed at morning tea.
President Delphine Power presented a card and Probus pen in appreciation of Stan’s visit.
