Feeling cruisey
27 Mar 2018
31 members from Bannister Creek Probus Club recently enjoyed a 5 night trip on board the CMV Astor.
The cruise departed out of Fremantle before venturing to the Historic City of Albany. The next stop was the City of Busselton for a side excursion to Margaret River and other scenic town sites.
Albany is famous for the ANZAC Memorial Museum and many other enjoyable locations as was the Oyster Harbour and Kalgan River cruise to watch Ospreys and Sea Eagles catching fish from the water surface and enjoy listening to the tour guide’s historical knowledge of the area. The group so thoroughly enjoyed the trip that it may become an annual event.
All agreed that it was a wonderful way to encourage the core values of Probus, Fellowship, friendship and fun.
