The handsome gentlemen of the Men's Probus Club of Booragoon kicked up their heels during an extra festive Christmas lunch last year, complete with decorations, paper hats and delicious food.

The club was privileged to use the RAAF Association venue at Bull Creek. President Merv Peters, in accordance with their usual December procedure, opened the  meeting and immediately declared it closed.

Over 100 members and partners enjoyed friendship and fellowship together with outstanding Christmas fare served by the friendly RAAFA staff.

During the lunch, a Christmas raffle was held, which saw several happy participants go home with some extra dollars in their pockets.

Following the lunch, raconteur Alan Marsh, in his inimitable style, treated the assembly to some very funny jokes (see below).

The function concluded with President Merv making a small presentation to the RAAFA staff who had  worked so hard.
