Immigration Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed there has been a serious incident at the Manus Island detention centre overnight, leaving some asylum seekers injured and some missing. A number of fences have been breached, including perimeter ones. ABC News has more.

Divers found after three days
Japanese divers have been found clinging to a coral reef off Bali after being missing for three days. Fisherman spotted the divers in the rough waters on a reef off Nusa Penida island, about 20km from where they set off for their diving expedition. Nine News has the full story.
