PROBUS CLUB OF PENSHURST

25^th ANNIVERSARY 

At the regular monthly meeting of the Combined Probus Club of Penshurst on 7^th June, we celebrated the 25^th anniversary of the Club.

 We were pleased to have with us five of the remaining seven foundation members.

 Our celebratory cake was cut by our current President, watched closely by the five attending foundation members.

 Under the guidance of our Committee Members, our Club has had a wonderful, fun filled 25 years, but as our Club has aged, so have its members, and therefore our activities have changed to still allow variation with less physical demands.

 These activities include our regular monthly meeting with a guest speaker, walks/outings, day tours, local barbeques, club lunches and theatre parties to popular musical shows.   Also an extended trip each year.

 With the support of all members, we hope to continue in this way allowing us to enjoy many more years of “Fun, Fellowship and Friendship”.
