Monthly Meetings: Held every 3rd Thursday of the month
Time: 9:30 for 10:00 am start
Location: Penrith RSL Club in the Hornseywood Room
Duration: Approx 2 hours
New Visitors are always welcome without charge for the first 2 meetings, other visitors are required to pay $5.00 to cover meeting costs
Meeting structure tends to include reports from committee members, discussion about planned events, general business, a brief talk from a club member and a talk from an invited guest speaker who is generally a professional in their field. There is a break for Tea/Coffee and morning snack with an opportunity to mingle and support existing and new friendships.
Meeting Apologies: Please ask a committee member to make an entry in the Apologies Book available at each meeting or ring Denise Yallop on 0418 661 223 or email at [email protected] if you cannot attend the monthly meeting. Any member leaving a meeting early is required to sign the attendance book for insurance cover to apply
Attendance: Members are reminded of their obligation to attend not less than 50% of general meetings in any 12 month period. If you are unable to attend two consecutive meetings or more, due to illness, travel or other personal commitments, please notify the Membership Officer in writing.
Keeping in Touch: Please remember to inform the membership officer of any change of address, including email address.
Badges: Replacement Probus name badges may be ordered through the Membership Officer. The cost for badges is $7.00
