General Meetings

• Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month (except December) commencing at 10.00 am and concluding at 12 noon.

• Meetings are held at the St. John’s Church Hall, 337 Main Road Coromandel Valley.

• Normally a meeting will include a General Meeting of approximately 30 minutes, including a Member profile talk followed by morning tea.

• A Guest Speaker will address the group and speak for about 45-50 minutes, followed by question time. Topics may vary considerably providing many interesting discussions in the weeks ahead.

• In winter, generally July, a Quizz followed by a Winter Luncheon is provided by the committee and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attend. It is a great time for all members to mingle and learn something new about each other.

• Our Birthday Meeting can be varied, we have celebrated with games and entertainers, with the emphasis on fun, friendship and fellowship.

• We celebrate the festive season with a Christmas Luncheon normally in December and, for the last few years, at The Vines Golf Club.
