In June, Brisbane’s Carseldine Probus Club conducted a successful “Mystery Car Event” over a route that was kept secret until the morning of the outing.
Almost 60 members participated in 15 vehicles entered into the event beginning with a scrumptious morning tea at an attractive park overlooking Moreton Bay at Shorncliffe. Participants were then presented with a route description and a list of questions to test powers of observation.
The tour took members through bayside suburbs concluding at a lunch at the Moreton Bay Boat Club at Scarborough where the most observant participants were each presented with a small prize.
