Kareela Probus Combined Club enjoy a getaway to Mudgee

Kareela Probus Combined Club's Van Wrinklies (Caravan and Cabin Dwellers) Group recently enjoyed a five day getaway to Mudgee.
The 58 members who attended spent their days exploring the nearby historic towns of Hill End, Sofala, Gulgong and Rylestone, playing golf at Kandos, bowls at Mudgee, hiking and exploring some of the beautiful National Park in the area or birdwatching in the World renowned nearby wetland area.
At the end of the day our happy and relaxed members eagerly met up at the Caravan Park's camp kitchen to enjoy Happy Hour, have a bbq and to share and discuss what we had been doing during the day and what we had planned for the next day.
Our final outing was an organised group bus tour of the local vineyards to sample some of the delightful wines, cheeses and other produce, produced locally, followed by a dinner at the Mudgee Club before we all went our separate ways home or to other destinations. Our 2017 getaway in March to Urunga has already been planned and booked.
