The Sutherland Combined Probus Club explored the history of Sydney recently during a visit to beautiful Elizabeth Bay House in Sydney.
After that, the members walked to Vaucluse House, the Nicholson and Macleay Museums and the Museum of Sydney, all of which provided marvellous insights into the history of Sydney.
Sydney abounds in more history than people appreciate or know and it's really all at our doorstep. Our guided tours were well presented and informative and full credit should be given to all involved.
