For art's sake

The town of Kurri Kurri has over 50 outdoor public artworks on display, which the walking group of the Tenambit Morpeth Probus Club recently enjoyed.
The members went on a fascinating tour, hosted by a passionate and knowledgeable local guide.
The murals are an initiative of a community group called Towns with Heart and were created to address the local level of unemployment and boost local business growth and development. The artworks showcase the town’s history and heritage.
