Cruise & cave adventure

Twenty-five members of Watsonia Probus Club headed off to Lakes Entrance in beautiful East Gippsland, which served as a base for four nights.

On the way the Club visited the historic town of Walhalla and the Latrobe Valley.

Each day members toured the surrounding areas, which included trips to the Ninety Mile Beach, Paynesville, Orbost, and Marlo, where they saw the mouth of the Snowy River.

One of the highlights was the relaxing cruise on the Gippsland Lakes, which included a delicious lunch at the Metung Hotel. A trip to Buchan Caves provided another enjoyable experience, particularly for the more adventurous souls in the group who managed to explore the caves.
