Walking for life in retirement

It was a beautiful unusually warm Sunday morning and about 10,000 runners and walkers were lined up when the gun went off for the annual Sutherland to Surf fun run.
Gymea Probus members finished the walk in around the two hour mark.
The ladies were every bit as fit as the men and found the walk very invigorating.
It was great fun. The group met afterwards for coffee and swapped stories about the event where many were heard to comment 'I can't wait for next year'.
