A welcome adventure

A group from the Probus Club of North Balwyn Heights recently embarked on a seven-day tour of the Kiewa Valley and Lake Hume country.
Members were based at the Tallangatta Motel, with home-cooked meals and morning and afternoon teas being thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The group were able to explore the area’s beautifully green surroundings, including the town of Beechworth, the Dartmouth Dam, Bright and the Snowy Mountain Power station.
Members enjoyed hearing interesting and humorous stories of the local area from their bus driver, who also showed them some beautiful and lesser known locations.
All agreed that it was a wonderful trip, and were thankful for the opportunity to socialise with other members and make new friends.
