So much more than a museum

Fans of legendary silent movie star Charlie Chaplin will now have access to his private home in Switzerland, which has been transformed into a museum dedicated to his life and work.

Chaplin’s World is located on the Swiss Riviera, where the actor resided for 25 years. It now includes a Hollywood-style studio and an interactive exhibition.

“[Chaplin’s] fans will finally get to see, admire and remember him for his work, life and everything in between,” said Mark Wettstein, Director of Switzerland Tourism.

“Visitors can tour the restored manor, and view exhibits and galleries featuring Chaplin’s work. They can even immerse themselves in sets from iconic films and visit an editing room.”
