Double century

August 2023 marked the 200th meeting of the Probus Club of Oakhill-Dural in Sydney’s Hills District.

Many people attended the meeting, with some past members who had moved away from the area coming to share the celebrations.

The first Club president, Terry, gave the meeting an outline of how the Club started 17 years ago from an interest group of 190 locals, and so began the Probus Club of Oakhill-Dural.

The Club has gone from strength to strength, still averaging at around 200 members, with 32 activity groups catering for the interests of all members.
