Friendship day

In September last year, Cowes Probus Club hosted the annual friendship day at Rhyll. They were joined on the day by members of the Phillip Island Probus Club and the San Remo Probus Club and were blessed with a beautiful day of sunshine.
The day started with a delicious morning tea supplied by Cowes Probus and a welcome to all clubs by President Ian Bell-Towers.
All members then adjourned outside to take advantage of the beautiful weather, taking part in games such as boules, quoits and croquet. Many members stayed for lunch and all thoroughly enjoyed the day.
The friendship day is an annual event and each club takes a turn in hosting the event, swapping stories and new ideas and meeting new members.
