Coach outing to Junee

On 7 June, 37 members of the Probus Club of Tuggeranong and Majura Ladies Probus Club boarded a coach to Junee.

They had an enjoyable morning tea at Bethungra at the Old School House and Tea Rooms before travelling on the Roundhouse Railway Museum and Workshop in Junee.

Members had lunch at the local Historical Society (formerly the Broadway Hotel). One of the highlights was a visit to the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory where they learned about and watched licorice being made, as well as sampling and purchasing some of the varieties.

A great, fun day was had by all.
