Papamoa Sunshine Probus Outing

The Papamoa Sunshine Probus Club enjoyed friendship, fellowship and fun in the merry month of May.
Pictured above: The walking group trod the Daisy Hardwick loop of the Waikareao Estuary walk on the Tauranga harbour. A bright and sunny day for a wander and followed by a picnic with cake provided by Leigh.
The Club also took a ride on the train from Waikino to Waihi on the Goldfields Rail Trail. Members bused to lunch in the Karangahake Gorge and then hopped on the train. This area is a maze of trails and tunnels through rock that has been and continues to be mined for gold.
