Australia Day by the pool

The Noosa 2010 Combined Probus club celebrated the Australia Day holiday with a luncheon at a local retirement estate.
The Club does not have a lot of members from overseas, but they also enjoyed the pies, lamingtons and pavlova.
There was a prize for the most suitably attired person and they also had an Australian slang quiz and a Travel Quiz, which made all members realise they had a lot more travelling to do.
It was a lovely get together on a hot summer’s day, sitting beside the pool with cool breezes blowing – typical Australia.
