Singin' in the rain

It was a very wet day for the Wantirna Probus club’s walking group’s recent walk in Upper Ferntree Gully.
Seventeen dedicated Probus walkers turned up with raincoats, brollies and much enthusiasm to walk from the car park in Upper Ferntree Gully to the library and back. The rain was consistent, and the walkers were persistent.
They jumped puddles, dodged droplets, ducked under umbrellas, laughed and enjoyed the shared bike/walk track through the gully. Rewards were waiting at the coffee shop. A crackling warm fire with warm drinks and a delicious hot chocolate were both very welcoming.
