The gloves were off and the battle was on during a head-to-head lawn bowls challenge between various Probus clubs throughout the Manning area. But who won the shield at the end of the day?
The team from the Probus Club of Taree - comprising of Ken Minto, Beeline Bob Beardmore and Bob Worth - won the event by one bowl after playing Taree North and Old Bar Beach Probus Clubs. Congratulations!
