From the archives: the lovely ladies of the Ballarat Probus Club hosted a parade of wedding gowns.
The luncheon for members and friends attracted 160 people who viewed frocks on loan from the very modern to the historical, some going back 100 years. As a special treat, the Sovereign Hill open air museum in Ballarat brought out some special delicate gowns not normally shown in public.
