Kareela hits the road

The Kareela Combined Probus Club recently enjoyed a fabulous week of fun and friendship during a tour of the New England region of northern NSW.
They were based in Armidale during their stay and enjoyed four exciting days visiting many of the highlights of the region on board a luxury coach.
During their stay they enjoyed visits to Uralla, Glen Innes and Inverell, learning so much about the region's history and enjoying great scenery.
"It’s a great way to get to know your fellow members and establish enduring relationships," said Tour Leader Lynda Duvall of the week-long tours the club undertakes.
While visiting the Glenn Innes museum, several members were delighted to establish a link to their heritage that had previously been unknown to them.
They then ventured to the famous Standing Stones on the edge of town for a delightful lunch, before returning to their motel base where they were able to mingle with their fellow members and enjoy great companionship and friendship.
