A casual stroll along the Liffey Stream

The Out & About group of Rolleston Central Probus Club enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the Liffey Stream at Lincoln for their February outing.
It was a cool, cloudy day with a threat of rain which decided to stay away during the time of the walk.
The Liffey Stream is fed by a spring, and the water runs clear and clean.
The highlight was seeing about ten eels just hanging out in the water. They are obviously fed and were disappointed we didn't have any tasty morsels.
A delicious lunch followed at Nom Noms in Lincoln.
