The Gungahlin Probus welcomed guest speaker Keith Potger AO of the band The Seekers, who shared stories of his journey to Australia from Sri Lanka, his schooling, and his early involvement in musical bands before co-founding The Seekers in the early 1960s.
He spoke about how he and the other members rose to great heights of success before eventually disbanding. Lucky for everyone present, he brought his guitar and performed two songs, adding a special highlight to the occasion. It was a very enjoyable and memorable morning for all in attendance.
