Historic meeting

The top end leads the way again. On Tuesday 15th March the three Darwin Probus Clubs [Probus Club of Darwin Inc (PCDI), Probus Club of Palmerston Combined Inc (PCPCI) and the Probus Club of Charles Darwin Inc (PCCDI) ] travelled in two coaches for a combined meeting with the new Probus Club of Katherine. This historic meeting was held a the wonderful Emerald Springs Tavern.
Sixty Probarians enjoyed the “Fun, Friendship and Fellowship” that only Probus can offer Seniors. One of the pleasing factors as your RDPC is how all the “Top End” Probus clubs are working as a team to achieve benefits for all.

Our Guest Speaker for the Combined Probus Lunch was Probarian Allan Mitchell. Allan Is a Probarian, Darwin City Counciller, Tour Boat guide, Historian, retired policeman and all round great fellow.
The meeting pays attention to the Guest Speaker.
