The Probus Shield Competition.

Each year lawn bowlers representing their Probus Clubs compete for “The Probus Shield”. The competition takes place during July, August and September with one game each month, the trophy winner being the club with most wins and the highest margin.
Last year’s winner was St Ives Probus Club who hosted this year’s competition at West Pymble Bowling Club where everyone had a great time during the three games played there.

This year’s winner was North Epping Probus Club who will be hosting the competition next year so let’s hear from clubs who have missed out previously on this wonderful Probus sponsored event by contacting any of the following clubs:- Barra Brui, Bradfield, Carlingford, Gordon, Killara, North Epping, Pymble, Wahroonga, Wahroonga East for details of how to take part next year.
