Walking and talking again

With the easing of lockdown restrictions in Tasmania, Hobart Macquarie Probus Club took the initiative and recommenced the monthly Special Activity Walkie/Talkie at Sandy Bay.

Naturally, social distancing was paramount during this activity.

The photo above shows a group practising their social distancing before setting off on the walk.

Meanwhile, Hobart Macquarie has also provided continuity of management during COVID-19. Regular virtual committee meetings are conducted using members’ PCs and the Zoom program. Information from these virtual meetings is provided to members by email.
