Walking and talking

Tea Tree Gully Probus Club’s walking group, The Trail Blazers, have recently trekked through three reserves including the St Agnes Wetlands. The walk spanned 3.2 kilometres and, according to one walkers smartphone, helped members burn 208 calories.

Nine members of the walking group enjoyed perfect weather to walk and chatter along the picturesque trails where the natural beauty of trees and surroundings was appreciated by all. Members noted that, while walking in the reserves, it was hard to think that they were only some 18 kilometres from the centre of the city of Adelaide.

After enjoying coffee and cake at a local deli it was another walk back to the cars, where on the way, two members of the group continued exercising in a local outdoor gym.
