Members of the Probus Club of Sippy Downs went on a great holiday recently to Moreton Island, off the coast from Brisbane, where they visited the wonderful Tangalooma Resort.

 The club travelled by bus to Brisbane then caught a ferry to the island resort for lunch. There, they took in the sights and many features of the resorts facilities. Tangalooma Resort was once a whaling station and is now known for its dolphin-feeding program, sand dunes and wreck diving. The fact it is close to metropolitan Brisbane, yet has an atmosphere of semi-remoteness adds to its overall character.

Then, the club headed back to Brisbane by ferry and bus home to the Sunshine Coast.
