Since the start of the pandemic, Ashfield Probus Club members have been meeting once a week in the delightful Yeo Park.
The South Ashfield park is home to an infants’ school and has a centrepiece rotunda / fountain and many mature trees. It’s close to some of Ashfield’s most beautiful heritage homes.
The lovely autumn weather meant that members have missed scarcely a week to get together. The Infield Cafe has great coffee, cakes and an ever-changing snack menu for lunch.
The park is a regular meeting place for locals, many prams and picnics, and once a month a group of young mums meet to swap notes on raising their twin babes.
