 Our Meetings

  • Our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, at the Springwood Country Club, 84 Hawkesbury Road Springwood, from 10am to 12pm.
  • When you arrive at the meeting, a person will greet you at the door, with a copy of the newsletter, please only take a copy if you have not already received one by email.
  • Proceed to the table to have your name ticked off (this is most important for insurance reasons).
  • If you plan to leave the meeting before the meeting finishes at 12pm then make sure you sign yourself out of the meeting (again, for insurance reasons).
  • If you would like morning tea, pay the small charge at the table and receive a ticket which you will give to the person who collects them at the morning tea area.
  • If you want to stay for lunch, please let the restaurant know during the morning tea break.
  • The general meeting starts at 10am. After the minutes, reports and general business are finished there is a break for morning tea. We then resume to listen to a guest speaker with the meeting closing by 12:00 pm.

 Trips, tours and interest Groups

  • Information about Trips and Tours as well as Interest Groups will be in the newsletter and in the Trips and Tours and Interest Groups sections of the club website.
  • If you would like to participate in one or more of these activities the people organising each activity will be available to talk to you during morning tea.
