On October, Launceston North Ladies Probus celebrated two special milestones: 50 years of Probus in Australia and the club’s 37th anniversary. Following the meeting, members were entertained by the Ukuladies, whose performance added to the festive atmosphere. A donation to the group will be passed on to Palliative Care North in appreciation of their contribution.
Members then enjoyed a shared “bring a plate” lunch with the entertainers. To commemorate both occasions, President June Bullock presented each member with a special hand towel created by her daughter, Karen, making the celebration even more memorable.
