50^th Anniversary Activities and Celebrations

In addition to participation in the key National, State and Territory events, Clubs are encouraged to celebrate 50 years of Probus locally with neighbouring Clubs. Below are a list of ideas designed to assist Clubs in planning their own activities and celebrations. 

Your Club may consider presenting a certificate at your general club meeting in October to any members who have contributed to your club in a meaningful way. Download the certificate by clicking here.

The 50^th Anniversary year is a timely opportunity for Probus Clubs to try-out several activities under the guise of one-off 50^th Anniversary Championships.

By introducing a new activity once in a competition format, Clubs can gauge the success of the activity and the potential to make that activity a regular feature of the Club’s calendar.

PSPL has designed a 50^th Anniversary Champion Certificate in a digital format (editable) to present to winners which can be downloaded from here (link to be provided separately).
