There are 26 clubs in Canberra, including Queanbeyan & Jerrabomberra. They consist of a number of combined clubs (Male & Female), and some single gender Clubs for Males & Females.
Memberships are available to retired or semi-retired people who have an interest in joining an active club, and by providing the opportunity for extension of acquaintances and interests.
Clubs meet monthly in various locations across Canberra. Details of Clubs are listed in the Clubs by Area page.
The monthly meetings consist of a club business session which is followed by morning tea, then followed by a guest speaker. In a number of clubs a large percentage of members stay and have lunch together after the meeting.
